Hello people, I’m Paolo Fabrizio and I’d like to give you my warmest welcome to the english version of Customer Service Culture! Brief story: I’ve launched this website back in 2013 and in a few years has become the home of Digital Customer Service in Italy. From today on, you can also enjoy great content and online services regardless the country you’re living in. Let me show you how!

Why did I build this english version

There are two main reasons that led me to find enough time and energy to translate CustomerServiceCulture.com into english. Firstly, during last year I’ve seen an increasing number of foreign visitors on my website from various continents. Secondly, I’ve been asked by some foreign prospects to get my content (articles) and services available for any english speaking person or organization.

The reason is simple: Digital Customer Service represents an incredible opportunity to retain customers by leveraging digital conversations.
